Today, in this article, I’m going to share with you my top seven gym hacks and tips. So, don’t forget to try them whenever you go to the gym.
Let's begin with the first tip. You know when you have your favorite tights on, and you realize that the tights are see-through, that's definitely an embarrassing situation. Therefore, the first gym hack that I'm going to show you is to tie the sweater around your waist and let it hang over your body. So, by using a sweater, you don’t have to worry anymore if your tights are see-through when you do exercises. Did you know that you can use your mini-bands in a different way than just training your legs or booty or something else? You can actually use them for the grip when you are training. So, you can use them as a pull strap because using the mini bands on the bar makes you have a better grip. Number three gym hack: get yourself a pair of minivans and resistance bands because they are so amazing to have with you in your gym bag. Tip number four: you know when you are kind of short as I am (157 centimeters), you might have some problems in the gym. For instance, when I am doing a leg press machine, I want to go deeper as I’m pushing with my feet. The solution is to use a yoga mat or carpet. So, just take a yoga carpet, roll it up, place it on the seat of the machine and press it with your body so that it can bring you closer to the machine. Tip number five is very beneficial. It’s called the perfect incline. So, when you are on a bench and you don't want it to be too straight up, but you also you don’t want it too inclined as you want it to be somewhere in between. The trick in this case is to use a one-kilo Dumbo. By taking the one-kilo dumbo and placing it where you can adjust the seat, you get the perfect angle for you that is not too straight up nor not too inclined. However, this trick is not applicable to all types of benches. Hack number six concerns the key to the locker. So, the first thing that we do when we come to the gym is to go into the locker room and put our gym bag into a locker and then lock it. But, how can you keep the key safe and avoid losing it while working out? Some people put their keys in their bras or pants which can be weird and also uncomfortable. I choose an easy alternative which is to put my key in my shoelace then tie it. My finale tip is extremely useful. First, we can all agree on the fact that most of us are so attached to our phones. People take their cellphones everywhere even to the gym. So, instead of putting your phone in your sports bra or in the side of your tights or pants where it can get sweaty and so messed up, my tip is to use an old sock and cut both of its ends with a pair of scissors. So, by cutting off the side of the heel and the toes, we take what’s left of the sock and we place right over our arm then we secure the phone inside the sock. Now your phone is fixed thanks to the sock, and you can exercise at ease.
